1. Clean Pull - 4x5 w/135 2 min rest btw sets
2. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift - 4x10 w/Bar 60 secs btw sets
3. Inverted Rows - 4x10 w/feet elevated "
4. One Arm Pulldowns - 4x10 w/40 lbs "
5. Windshield Wipers - 4x10 w/legs extended "
6. Supine Bridge - 4/ 45secs. "
