Lunges are great! My trainer has me doing these horrible "directional lunges". You do a forward lunge, and spring back, then diagonal (at 45 degrees), then a side lunge, then diagonal (45 degrees) to the back, then straight back. ... then repeat with the other leg...and I do multiple rounds in one go.

It's really quite nutso.
