Galya, I actually really appreciate you saying that considering how NON-professional I really am. I feel like all I do is stutter and stammer.
Ryan makes it easy though because he's as talkative as me so he doesn't let it get boring. I'd actually enjoy doing more of those, but I need to figure out a way to make the conversations less than 10 minutes long. I know that I'm so ADD I can't even listen to podcasted fitness shows. I'll bet I'm not the only one.
