SWEAT MUCH!
Holy Crap! Workout B1 Done, finished, complete, SWEET!
I was shaking and sweating and drinking my recovery shake but I did it. I didnt want to throw up, I didnt feel like I was going to pass out I am excited to have made it thru that workout at the gym.
I am hurting and I will be rendered useless later this evening and probably more so tommorow - but it feels great to be doing this again. I am "PUMPED"(can't bend arm to face).
What is crazy is I really have no choice on this one - I am in this challenge and in my office I am part of a large yet close department who all know what everyone is up to. So everyday people ask going to the gym? How was your workout? Failure is not an option I have to show these people this program (NROLW) works and I am just not drinking the koolaid!! LOL
