Aerobics/Flexibility/Mobility tonight

Warmup - Carrying the laundry over to the Laundry room

Following exercises were done for 30 seconds each for 5 complete circuits
Cone Hops
Burpees

Goal for Thursday - 6 rounds minimum

Flexibility/mobility
Lying scorpions - 2x15(e)
Scapula Pushups - 2x15
Cat/Cow Stretch - 2x15
Bird Dog Points 2x15 (e)
Wall slides 2x20
