Something else we have in common.... I think your tea collection rivals ours in sheer volume. Right now, we have brands from Japan, China, India, South Africa(!), and Irish label stuff. Lately, my favorite has been the
Japanese Sencha green tea (expensive, but so darn good), but I also love my
macha. The links are the site I get it from too and I have found their quality to be top notch and always fresh (they often run out of an item because their season's purchase was bought up - then I try a different grade/type).
My wife just picked up a
tea press from Crate & Barrel for me that make making multiple cups at different times very easy since I usually am brewing loose leaf.
