Did interval on the bike today and became an official member of the gym! I am hurting from yesterday, which is good unless of course you need me to get somewhere quickly.
I am dreading tommorows workout - Workout B I know that workout B in NROL was a killer for me... by killer I mean (laying on the bench heart pounding trying to decide if I was going to lose my last meal or not). So in short I hope its a great work out but hope I dont get that feeling again especially in front of strangers.
