1. Gave a friend at work the copy of NROL4W I loaned her.

Her hubby had been encouraging her, and it was just what she needed to see to want to start lifting. This felt really good.
2. got some work done at work on the manual I have due next week.
3. Started NROL4W Workouts. Here's to a kickass 6 months.
4. Ate on target for what I thought my calories should be. After getting some clarification from Cassandra, I'm going to be making some minor adjustments to the calories in my eating plan.
5. Off to bed a bit earlier than normal. WOrking on getting more sleep.
