1/2 marathon
Yes, I am talking 1/2 marathon. I am new to running. I have done weights, yoga, balanceball, aerobics for about 2 years. I am just new to the NROL4W book-method.
I will be taking it slow, first goal is 5 miles by May 1. Second goal is 1/2 marathon by October.
As far as lifting the amount of weight is not important to me just the conditioning. I lift quite a bit at work and it makes life easier.
