I do the knee to the wall exercise drill and the toe up drills standing on the bench that Bill recommends for ankle mobility. I have a balance board that I use every now and then. it sounds like I should be using it bit more huh? Do you have any exercises that would strengthen the ankle and keep it from rolling? Any help would be appreciated.
