Default Marathon in fall..lifting..?

Hi, I am new to this forum. 38 female. I started running in late December. From 0.. Right now I am up to 1 1/2 miles with little discomfort at all. Just taking it slow. I run a 10 min mile right now. My goal is to run 5 miles at a time by end of April. Then I am going on vacation for a while. When I get back I would like to try training for a 1/2 marathon.The marathon is in October 08. I have the non-runners guide to marathon and it has helped alot.
I also just got NRL4W, and started it today!
I also do yoga (more aerobic style than meditative).
What do you all think?
I Run 4 days a week. T,W, TH, Sun
Lift M, W, F
Fit yoga in when I can generally on M,T,W,
