I just started with Leigh a week ago, and am currently doing a "break-in" routine.
Today's workout was:
(All for 3x12's, 75 sec rest between supersets)
A1 Sumo Deadlift 55lbs
A2 DB Pullover on Swiss Ball 15lbs
B1 Side Lunges (no weight)
B2 Bent Over Row 55lbs
C1 Back Hyperextension on Ball
C2 Plank (3x40 secs)
followed by:
Aerobic Day 2-Bike Spin Intervals
30 mins 1 min fast, 1 min moderate, 1 min coast.
Avg HR 150
