Woops the bed is not a water bed, its a water mattress (the ones that do not need heaters because the way its made). I got confused between the both. Water Bed feels like an ocean and water mattress adjusts with your body. (what my mom said) I just layed on my sisters and its really comfortable and my body looks like its in a straight line and my shoulder (right shoulder) does not feel crushed like my bed. The worse bed I have ever slepped in though was a hotel bed.
What do you think of a water mattress or is it the same thing? My sister moved out, so I can sleep in it tonight and see how I feel in the morning. It will at least hopefully be better than my mattress in my room and I should be able to sleep better too tonight I hope. My dad said its my choice for what bed to pick and I am going to get a new bed soon no matter what. If I don't get a better sleep tonight and if I ache in the morning (any tightness other than the tightness from the weightroom earlier today that I am starting to feel come), then I will not get a water mattress. My sisters is 15 years old and my parents's bed is older than me (over 21 years old).
Do you know anyone else who has had problems with water mattresses and what their sleeping positions were? I'll think I'll be okay sleeping on my side. I know stomach sleepers will probably have problems with water mattresses and maybe sleeping on your back will too. I have heard about people with back problems sleeping on their back and problems sleeping on their stomach even if its not a water bed. I think it depends how you sleep at night and the position you are in. I sleep on my side now and with a pillow between my knees, so I may be fine. I won't know until I try tonight and wake up tomorrow morning and see.
