This will be my first year running post-bunion surgery. Prior to my surgery, I had to do a walk/run program because my feet hurt all the time. I actually gave up running all together for about 2 years. This year, I want to run a 5k without walking at all.

I'm also doing a few sprint tri's and a 1/2 mary, but I fully expect I will be running/walking. And that's OK.
