How did u rem the whole circuit.
I have not looked at all the NROL yet , but i Hope its easier as far as getting started and knowing what to do.
I make a spreadsheet of the entire program. In this case Stage 1. It consists of 2 separate workouts (A and B) And each workout is done 8 times. So, I did 2 spreadsheets -- one for each workout. It lists all the workouts, sets, reps, etc. I take it to the gym with me and write down all my exercises and then I know next time what I did the time before and what I want to try now. Without some sort of way to track each workout, there is no way I could do it.
