I did my workout today; however, I forgot the dead bugs! Oh well, I can do that tomorrow. =)

I really worked my sides today and I may be sore tomorrow. At the beginning of the workout, I did some lunges for the hip thats shorter than the other and a little bit on the strong side. I also did one legged squats (bodyweight) and one legged bent over with dumbbells (leg slightly bent) to get my hamstrings for hip dominant. I did these all between my pull ups/one arm shoulder press set. For the pull ups, I did 3 reps overhand grip, 3 reps underhand grip, and 3 reps neutral grip. I also did cable push pull, high/low band chops kneeling, side hip thrusts, and side planks. I did one extra set on the weak side for all of these.

Hopefully after about 2 weeks I will see more of a balance and also strength, so I won't tilt anymore. Hopefully this will give me a better waist and also even hips. also to make my butt stronger with the lunges and not so fat like in the pictures. I just hope this workout is going to work.

By the way, if I squeeze my butt standing up (tightening it), it does not look like I am in anterior tilt. When I let the tightening go, it looks like its in anterior tilt again.
