Cardio w/ Patellar Tendonitis??
Hey guys, I'm suffering from some PT right now and have been icing frequently, doing some physical therapy exercises, and resting to treat it.
Unfortunately, being used to running 10-15 miles a week, I need to replace my cardio if possible. I haven't ran in over a month and although the pain has subsided, it's still there and I would prefer to find an alternate form of cardio until fully healed.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
