I just finished the first week, lifting on mon, wed, fri. I ran on tue, thurs, sat. today I am taking a MUCH needed day off. I have been lifting out of NROL, so I chose challenging weights and really pushed myself for a change (I haven't really been doing that as much lately). I am sore (in a good way). I agree with everyone, starting out easier is better, but when you are ready, you won't have any issue with these workouts being challenging.
