Eh, everyone needs a first workout to get into something. Besides, you may still regret it later if you haven't been lifting lately. I always begin a new program with a somewhat easy day...esp if I've had a break from lifting. If I dive in too hard, I wind up with such soreness the next day (and week) that I can't actually get in another workout till it subsides.
So increase your weight next time and don't be worried. I find a good way to find my "correct weight" if I don't currently know is to start somewhere reasonable and increase it every set if I can to get where it needs to be.
Another way is to simply try out each exercise before you dive into the workout and see what you can do.
But seriously, no need to worry. You'll pine for the days of easy soon enough.
