Hogan doesn't look bad. A little darker than any white man has any right to be, but still pretty buff.
How about everyone puts up cash but the winner has to use it for good (something fitness related...winner's choice) in stead of evil? Cash is just "easy" and won't leave people stuck with any particular thing.
