Kettlebells
I just finished reading NROL4W and brand new to this forum. I'm anxious to get started on the program but I have a few questions.
I have been working out with kettlebells for the last year or so and I really like them, would it be beneficial to substitue KB's for some of the dumbbells and barbell exercises? I also like doing both spinning and KB classes at my gym, which both are interval type classes. Referring to page 233 in the book, would it be too much to try and fit in one KB and one spinning class each week along with three weight workouts?
