Josh, you're correct. This is the furtherest I've gone in actually STARTING to work out again, and I think (hope) that that's probably the biggest obstacle - getting that ball in motion again. Once I've finally committed myself to a routine, it will be much easier to keep the momentum going. So these next couple of weeks are going to be the most challenging.

As for why? A combination of work and school. I have grad school classes several nights a week, so I'm out of the house doing things from 8am to 9pm. On my other nights, I do homework. And on the weekends, I'd rather just relax. I know people with even more to do find time to exercise, so I need to stop using my schedule as an excuse and just do the damn thing. It's really about finding the right internal motivation to keep me going. Thanks all!
