I actually started the new book monday after lifting out of the old book since feb. I have also made some great gains with NROL, but the first workout in the new book was great! I definitely did some challenging weights for the 2 sets of 15, and by the end of it, I was done. I am focused on fat loss, so I think the new book will really address this.
