There's no single answer. If you're doing well with NROL, why mess with success?
If you were mostly focused on fat loss, I'd recommend switching to NROL for Women, where there's more emphasis on lower-body movements that produce more afterburn (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, or EPOC). That's also why Alwyn chose to use fewer sets per exercise in the new book -- these movements are more fatiguing, so fewer sets go farther.
