I am officially "de-lurking" to ask this silly question...why are the number of sets lower in NROL4W versus NROL? Is it because of the full body workouts and that the exercises are more compound movements? I guess I am asking this because I have completed Fat Loss I and II and am currently doing Hypertrophy I and have seen some fantastic gains. Would switching to NROL4W after Hypertrophy I be a bad idea or should I continue on with the Eternal Beginner program? Thank you in advance!
