Any suggestions about following TNT Plan A while traveling for 12 days? I'm not going to have access to cooking facilities along the way and probably not to supermarkets either. (I'm chaperoning high school students on a class trip. I'm not letting them out of my sight...

I'm going to take tuna and salmon cans/pouches and dry roasted almonds and other nuts with me. Also protein powder in individual ziploc bags and a shaker bottle. I need stuff that can survive outside a fridge. Anything obvious I'm missing?
