deads-worked up to 345x1

did face pulls for shoulder health throughout workout.

Comments:
-solid workout. Still playing around with DC, seeing which exercises work and which ones don't work. DB Bench and pullups don't work. Still, ahppy with getting the 80s for 10.
-Lifting tomorrow again.
