And my turned ankles were from stepping on something I didn't see while running at night (tree limb & large rock), not from weakness or bad form. So I think I'm OK there. BTW, this will be dumb question...what is my IT band? And what kind of roller do I need? I've heard people refer to their IT band, but I was too embarassed to ask what it was.
