I wish we had foam rollers at my gym, I've been debating ordering one online. Do you find that it really helps?
Great job on everything so far.

Hi Griff,
Thanks for keeping an eye on me. I mainly stick to the book as it is written, but I may skip Fat Loss 3, and move to hypertrophy. I want to build more muscle. I also am looking into a personal trainer near me, in Mass. I will see how that fits into my plans.
The foam roller is AWESOME. I used it today on my sore lat and it really helped. I saw the online for anywhere from 19-25 dollars. Throw in shipping and it gets pricey but still cheaper than a massage! I also purchased 'the stick' and it is also a great massage tool that really gets into all the sore places and loosens things up a bit. This is also another awesome tool to have.
So, long answer to your question is Yes, the foam rollers really do work.
Anyway, keep up your good work too!
