What about it makes you believe there is anything in there that's "high powered"? I'm not arguing, just wondering. Looking at the ingredients and nutritional facts - per serving - I don't see anything very powerful. Each serving has less than 1g of fiber, and even the vitamins and minerals aren't overly impressive.

I still don't think there's a product out there that can match a homemade "supershake" (for nutrient value or price) with something like spinach, avocado, berries, banana, apple, etc. Then you steam up some broccoli or asparagus when you have a little more time at the end of the day.

I dunno... I've become more and more disillusioned with any pre-packaged "health" products.
