I was thinking of doing yoga, I just need to accept that it's ok. The Y has classes that are free. Used to do pilates, that helped my aching bones a bunch. Instructor went to female only classes so that's out of the question.
Waddle on it is. I'm not walking funny (yet). This am I walked at 4.5mph for 30 minutes, no pain. I might just walk until the pain is gone. Sure does suck to be running around outside with the kid then have your knees feel like they're going to explode.
