Muscle Milk isn't really a PWO nutrition drink.
However, I remember someone saying the fat in MM is MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides).
Perhaps someone can explain the signifigance of that better than I, but this person lead me to believe the fats will get burned up for energy readily.
I would recommend not using MM. It's more cost effective to make your own PWO drink from whey, milk, fruit, hersheys syrup, oats, etc.
