Thanks K-Court...I will do my best to keep posting on this log...

Thursday..I messed up, it was actually a run day, not a bike day as I thought...so armed with my new LARGER shoes I hit the running track/treadmill....

I walked for 1 KM, on the track, but then switched to the treadmill, as the Running track was rather warm, I could feel the warm air blasting through the vents along the track.....

So on the treadmill, I did 25 minutes of walking/jogging combos..

3 min walking 3.5 mph
3 min brisk walking 4.0 mph
1 min jog 5.0 mph
3 min walking 3.5 mph
3 min brisk walking 4.0 mph
1.5 Jog 5 mph
2.5 min walking 3.5 mph
2.5 min Brisk walking 4.0 mph
1.5 min jog 5 mph

Then a cooldown......all in all I went just over 3.5 km I believe. As I do not make a habit of running, I figured I would start out slower and then feel my way with the running, no use going balls out and risk injury, right?

Weighed myself at 179.8 pounds, then hit the showers.

Legs feel fine today..Tonight is the Bike and according to the schedule it is a long bike ride 80 minutes, all indoors..YIKES!!! Better recharge the ole Ipod for this ride.
