Post-workout meal for those on the go?
Hey everyone!
I'm seeking advice on the best post-workout meal for those on the go. I have about 5 mins to get back to my office from the time I leave the gym in the morning, which is why I usually just drink my protein shake and buy 2 low-fat muffins at the local cafeteria. Aside from this workout-day splurge, my overall diet is very healthy but a friend said I should watch those muffins as they could potentially turn me into one.
What's your advice on this and what other convenient/quick post-workout meals would you recommend for someone with very limited schedule during the day?
