thanks jimmy, I know this is the best thing to do--I ran on the track tuesday night for the first time pain free, so I am itching to run more--I love distance running, but I know the right thing to do for my body is focus on strength and fat loss---the 6 month focus of NROL4W will be perfect--I will be lean and strong by the time the next marathon season starts to ramp up in mileage.
