Jimmy's review reminded me that the release date for this book is approaching. Therefore I think this would be a good time to let people know how effective this book can be.
A few months back, Lou was kind enough to send me an advanced copy of the book, in order to use it on a client of mine. This client had a very difficult time dropping weight. We needed an interesting change...
After the first 10 weeks on NROL for Women, my client had the following results:
Weight: -5 lbs.
Arms: + 1/4 inch each
Waist: -1/2 inch
Hips: -2 inches!!!
Thighs: +1/2 inch each
She also completed "Wide-Grip Deadlifts from a Box" at 2x10 - 115lbs. This from a woman who had never lifted prior to this summer.
The numbers speak for themselves. I like the book.
