Had an excellent training session with Clay Hyght (drclay.com) yesterday. Was in the area for business and scheduled a 90 minute session with him. Extremely helpful as he helped me with form on chest exercises and helped me overcome some roadblocks on deadlifts, squats, and clean and press. He's very knowledgeable, takes a lot of time to explain things, and just a nice guy. Excited about getting home to implement.
