I am definitely in for the whole 6 months. I am a marathon runner with an injured IT band. I am done for the season because of this injury, so 6 months of weight training, fat loss focus will be great for me. when I get back to distance running late spring 08, I will be much leaner (and faster!) january 7th sounds good. I will keep lifting like a man until then (currently on strength 2, man of constant obligation...)
