After two years of lounge training and minimal nutrition, the result from last year is
- lost 4 kilos muscle mass
- lost ~10% strength
- lost ~25% endurance
Pretty nice deconditioning.
It's time to put all my knowledge in my own use.

Half Standard Stamina: 1) Pull-up @ 40kg 2) Full contact twist @ 35kg

Half Standard Stamina: 1) Dips @ 32.5kg 2) Deadlift @ 140kg
-Friday-
Rest. A little tired and a little sore.
