Default I throw up my breakfast every morning (NOT intentional)

Can someone please help me here? This has been going on for almost a year now, mostly on and off, but most lately due to the gf breaking up with me a month ago. It seems regardless of how small my breakfast is (even a few raspberries and a couple eggs), and I am throwing up. Now initially i thought maybe it's an allergic reaction to certain foods, but all my breakfast foods i have later in the day without the slightest of problems. It's always breakfast.

Especially when I brush my teeth and try to cough up the junk. It sends my food straight up to my mouth and i throw up almost uncontrollably. Even if i'm not brushing my teeth, all it takes is a bend over the toilet seat and it all comes out. After eating breakfast I find my heart races super fast, faster than normal, which makes the food all the easier to come back up.

I'm considering it a stress factor seeing as how it's my last semester of school, the nervousness of uncertainty about my major and if i can make it in a job, the girlfriend dumping me, and just general insecurity. my dad suggested i try a really easy maybe mile at most jog in the morning time upon waking before any food to maybe wake up my body some. this could be a possibility i suppose, since i have a lot of bcaa's, but i would really prefer not doing this if possible.

anyone experience this before?
