I'm not sure how to prevent it other than going back in and editing it. I have noticed that it happens when you copy something in MS Word and paste it into a post. Some sort of code issue I'm sure. It doesn't show until after I hit the "post" button though. I usually just go back into my post and remove all the extra stuff that was not part of my post.
Maybe Susie (my webmaster) will know a fix, but I have noticed this same bug across the board on many other VB forums, so I'm not holding my breath.
