Circuit (x5, no rest):
- 2 DB lunges (20, 20#)
- Leg lifts (10)
- Squats (20, bw)
- Jump rope (1min)
- Handstand hold (1min)
- 1 arm DB snatch (10 each, 25#)
Today was a rest day...so I went to the gym. I'm a little sore from yesterday, but it felt nice to get moving.
