Hypertrophy III
: Workout B-2 11/05/07


*120 seconds rest between sets

Heal Raised Back Squats, 1 and 1/4 (6x4)
185, 185, 195, 205, 205, 205

Static Lunge (6x4)
120, 120, 120, 120, 120, 120 (each leg)
Good Mornings (6x4)
135, 135, 135, 115, 115, 115

Woodchop (3x15)
50, 50, 50 (each side)

Notes:
  • Squats and Lunges felt really good. Although, it still takes me a while to loosen up my legs for squats.
  • After a few sets of good mornings, I was feeling a little discomfort in my back. I dropped 20 lbs off the bar, and the discomfort went away.
