November 5/07

Cardio:
Stationary bike - 11 minutes (HIIT - 12 intervals at 15 sec (140+rpm)/30 sec (80rpm); one minute warmup and cooldown); StairMaster - 15 minutes (hill program at level 12) = TOTAL: 26 mins

This was a quick one as I didn't really allow myself enough time. Would like to have done some stretching/MM but had to be back at the office for a meeting.
