Default No One can figure out the problem

I hurt my back while lifting. I went to a chiropractor and they told me my rhomboid muscle was injured so I went to my doctor and said I hurt my rhomboid muscle and told me it was swollen. He proscribed me flexeril, naproxin, and vicodin. They took x-rays and found nothing wrong they told me give it a week and I should be fine. It's been over a month and the pain is still bad and from time to time even shoots to my chest. I have been out of work and done nothing but rest, ice, and take meds. Does anyone have any idea of what it might be or how I can get back to normal and back to work I would reallyy apreciate it.
