no other symptoms at all. the first time i ever noticed it was maybe 6 weeks ago when i was doing dips, when i lowered myself for the 1st rep my left arm felt very weak...like i couldnt control my descent very well. Once i got through the discomfort of the 1st rep, i could knock out the rest of the reps like normal. It was mostly just my left arm then, it felt a little uncomfortable for maybe an hour after working out that day, then i didnt have any more problems until the past week or two.

As far as it getting worse throughout the day, it does not. It has felt a little weird if i flex the arm, but other than that its felt fine the last couple weeks (other than while working out). Like today for instance, i felt pretty good about working out cause it wasnt hurting. I felt ok when i was doing some warm up sets (chins with bodyweight). Then when i started doing my first couple sets of push presses and chins (bodyweight + 55), it started to feel strange and weak. I was doing Art of Waterbury and 10 sets of 3. After the 5th superset I had to call it quits. It still feels a tad strange, but the tingling/weakness went away after about 30 minutes.

Its not like i walk around all day with weak tingly (is that a word) arms, and it doesnt get worse throughout the day. Hope that helps a little, sorry it was so long.
