Cardio: Stationary bike - 12 minutes HIIT (1min warmup; 12 cycles at 15/30 sec intervals @ 140+rpm/80rpm; 2 min cooldown); StairMaster - 15 minutes (hill program at level 12 (highest)); = TOTAL: 27 mins
15 minutes of light weights, MM mobility work and stretching.
