So yesterday was kind of a busy day for me. I did get my lunch workout in, but I didn't eat enough.

I got home and had a ton to do, so I just slammed a shake and ate an apple. Telling myself I would eat again later. Never did. Ended up laying in bed watching Transformers untill 11pm. Ah well... At least I'm mostly ready for this weekend.
