Yay for low-carbing. Yes, true enough you'll have lost tons of water with the glycogen and most of it will come back, but fat loss speeds up. Unless you go too low in carbs/calories for too long. But that's why TNT has refeeds built into the plan. Or any other decent low-carb diet, like FlexDiet or PSMF from Lyle McDonald.
Is it safe to say that this Hypertrophy program may give easier fat loss since it doesn't drain you as much as the Fat Loss Program?
Hard to tell since you also followed a different food plan during FL123, isn't it?
