Bench (Pushed this a bit more in the higher rep ranges and it hurt my low numbers. I'm ok with that though.)

1 Arm Military Press (Never done these before. Found out my left shoulder is way weaker than my right. I was pretty shakey at rep 5 on the left, strong all the way through 8 on the right.)
